ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to every item being crafted as requested by customers. Please make sure to review the submitted proofs of your requested designs. Once approval has been submitted, no other edit requests will be allowed. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
The processing time for all customized orders is 5-7 business days (schedule may change during the holiday time).
You can only cancel an order before the proof is approved. We do not cancel or refund any delayed shipped items.
SHIPPING: We ship with USPS and UPS all items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available. If your items arrive damaged due to usps you will need to make a claim with them. If for any reason you follow protocol and they do not refund you. Please submit the denial letter to blendedimpressionz@gmail.com and we will handle the resolution from that point. It can take up to 1 business day for replies.
